She could speak Bengali, Gujarati, English and Hindi. She was doing modeling after completing her studies. While she was in modeling she got the attention if actor Madhavan (Maddy). While him addressing to TOI he said that Priyanka had walked for him at a fashion week. She asked him to design a costume for the election campaign. He tried a lot to come up with a nice costume to suit the climate and campaign weather. Then he had come up with the above explained costume.

Priyanka Kothari will be going to her village if Mamata wins the election. She had been to Kolkata not only for the election campaign but also to promote her next flick Bin Bulaye Baraat. While the question rises about the part of designer wear in an election campaign, Priyanka reveals that “It is always feels good to look good”
